Reforming the Planning Commission in India

In 2016, I interviewed former Planning Commission of India member Mr. Arun Maira about his tenure at the Planning Commission, roadmaps for reform, and the then fairly new think tank that replaced the Planning Commission, Niti Aayog. I'm looking forward to having him back on the show to get his thoughts on the reform and whether the new institution compares to the former Planning Commission.
